SEEKING BIDS

The City of Montreal is seeking sealed bids for work to be completed on the
exterior of their wastewater treatment facility.
Sealed bids will be accepted till Tuesday, May 14th at 4 PM
A copy of the contractor’s license and insurance is required with any bid.

The work will include:

1. Masonry chimney removal
2. Roof replacement
3. Soffit and fascia replacement
4. Window replacement
5. Exterior door replacement
6. Siding replacement

Bid packets will be available at the Montreal City Hall, Monday thru Thursday
between the hours of 6 AM and 4:30 PM 

The City of Montreal reserves the right to accept any bid and to reject any or all bids.
